This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and WeSex Inc. regarding the use of the WeSex application ("the Application"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not download or use the Application.

WeSex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users
WeSex has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, violent, sexually explicit without consent, or that violates human rights.
In addition, any behavior that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or that causes psychological or emotional harm to other users or to the WeSex team is prohibited.
Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate suspension or deletion of the account without prior notice.
4. User-Generated Content
By submitting any content through the Application, you warrant that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or any third-party right. WeSex may remove any content it deems inappropriate or contrary to these terms.
5. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Changes
WeSex reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Application at any time. WeSex may suspend or cancel your access if you violate this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to its conflict of laws principles.
